Things to look for to determine if your situation is an emergency: One of the biggest things you can look for that would denote an emergency is if a tree is dead or leaning and is in danger of falling onto property. Obviously, if the piece of property can be moved out of harm’s way (ex. Vehicle) we advise you to do so immediately. If you can move the property out of the way, generally, we will no longer deem this an emergency. However, if the property cannot be moved (ex. Home) call use immediately and we will determine the best course of action before the situation gets worse. If there is any doubt and an impeding storm, we recommend you give us a call. How do we handle emergencies? Generally, like every other aspect of our company, we are a first come first serve business. However, in the case of an impending hurricane or natural disaster, we will do our best to triage the situation and handle the worst situations first. We value your business and understand that your emergency is important, but we ask that you work with us as we do our best to help everyone in the time of need. How to avoid an emergency. We know that some emergencies are unavoidable. That is the way life goes. However, some emergencies are. We recommend that you properly care for and maintain your trees to prevent trees from leaning or dying that could contribute to the situation. Also, we recommend having one of our tree experts come out and assess your tree situation prior to hurricane season. This will help us get a good idea of what could be an issue if a storm were to hit. We can also go ahead and take down any potential hazardous trees preemptively to mitigate any unnecessary risk. If you feel your tree situation is an emergency, please give us a call as soon as possible. Like any emergency, time is of the essence. Give us a call for any emergency tree service. |
